Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 spring onions
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 apple, red
- 40 ml white wine (alternatively apple juice)
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 300 g shrimp(s)
- 300g spaghetti
- salt and pepper
- curry
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente. Drain. For the sauce, peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Quarter the apple (with skin), scoop out the core, and finely dice. Sauté the onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon of butter, add the apple pieces, and fry. Stir in 1 tablespoon of curry, fry briefly, and deglaze with white wine. Add the cream, bring the sauce to a boil, and season with salt and white pepper. Stir in the prawns and let them simmer in the sauce. Mix with the spaghetti and serve.
