Spaghetti with Romeo crab sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 300 g crabs or shrimps (frozen), peeled
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup cream cheese (brunch with chili, spicy)
  • 2 onions
  • some oil or butter for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. curry powder or paprika powder
  • possibly cream if required

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, heat the oil or butter. Peel and finely dice the onions. Peel and chop the garlic cloves (or press them, depending on your preference). Sauté both in the pan, then add the cream cheese to the pan and heat through. If the sauce isn’t thin enough for you, you can add a little cream (although the crabs will also release some liquid). Add the crab or shrimp to the pan and season to taste. Arrange on plates and serve hot.
