Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g ham (Katenschinken), diced
- 1 slice(s) cooked ham, diced, if desired
- 50 ml cream
- 200 ml water
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- Spice(s) of your choice
- some butter
- 500g spaghetti
- Water (salt water)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Dice the onion and sauté in a pan with a little melted butter until translucent. Then add the ham and fry well. Pour the tomato paste over the mixture and deglaze with the water. Bring to a boil briefly, then reduce the heat to low. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water. Add the cream to the sauce and season to taste. Enjoy with the pasta.
