Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- ½ pot fresh basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
light summer dish
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, crumble the feta and finely tear or chop the basil. When the spaghetti is done, drain and reserve 2 tablespoons of water in the pot. Return the pasta to the pot. Toss the spaghetti with the oil, feta, and basil, and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
