Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 700 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- n. B. sugar
- 250 g egg-free pasta
- e.g. cinnamon
- possibly nuts, chopped

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Bring the soy milk and sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Add the noodles and cook according to the package instructions. If desired, you can add chopped nuts and sprinkle with cinnamon. Because the noodles are cooked directly in the soy milk, it takes on a light pudding consistency.
