Spaghetti with Feta Cheese & Olives

- 250 g Spaghetti
- 1 Onion, peel, dice
- 3 Tomatoes, wash, remove stalk, dice
- 1 Pck Feta cheese, dice
- 150 g Green olives
- Salt, pepper, coriander
- Some fresh basil leaves, wash, shake dry, dab
- Cook the spaghetti in a saucepan with salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain, quench and drain well.
- In a pan with a little oil, fry the onion and diced tomatoes, add the spaghetti and olives. Simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Mix the feta cheese and basil into the spaghetti, season with the spices and simmer for another 3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy your meal
