Sunflower Pizza

The perfect sunflower pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 200 ml Water warm
  • 1 Yeast
  • Olive oil
  • ————————————–
  • 1 Can Chopped tomatoes
  • 3 Garlic cloves pressed
  • Italian herbs
  • Salt
  • Grated cheese
  1. 1) Dissolve the yeast in water and knead into a dough with flour, sugar, salt and oil. Let rise in a warm place until the dough is noticeably larger.
  1. 2) Brush a tray with olive oil and distribute the dough in it. Mark a circle in the middle. (I did this with a round can!)
  1. 3) Cut the circle like a pizza, at the same time press down the pressure points from the “cut out” a little, so that you don’t have the triangles in your hand afterwards;) Let rise in the oven at 30-50 °.
  1. 4) Mix the tomato sauce with the rest of the ingredients (except the cheese).
  1. 5) Now preheat the oven to 180 ° circulating air. Spread the sauce on the outer circle and sprinkle with pizza. Place the dough triangles over the cheese. Bake for about 17-20 minutes.
