Spaghetti with King Oyster Mushrooms

The perfect spaghetti with king oyster mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 450 g Spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 250 g King oyster mushrooms
  • 1 branch Rosemary fresh
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 75 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Then drain, drain and mix with the rapeseed oil. Clean the mushrooms with a brush and cut into pieces. Wash the rosemary and shake dry, pluck the needles from the stems and chop them into small pieces. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the mushrooms for about 2 minutes, add the chopped rosemary, but don’t fry anymore, season with salt and pepper. Arrange the pasta with the mushrooms on a plate and serve sprinkled with the grated Parmesan and pepper from the mill.
