Spaghetti with King Oyster Mushrooms
The perfect spaghetti with king oyster mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 450 g Spaghetti
- Salt
- 250 g King oyster mushrooms
- 1 branch Rosemary fresh
- Pepper from the grinder
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 75 g Freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Then drain, drain and mix with the rapeseed oil. Clean the mushrooms with a brush and cut into pieces. Wash the rosemary and shake dry, pluck the needles from the stems and chop them into small pieces. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the mushrooms for about 2 minutes, add the chopped rosemary, but don’t fry anymore, season with salt and pepper. Arrange the pasta with the mushrooms on a plate and serve sprinkled with the grated Parmesan and pepper from the mill.
