Spaghetti with Lime Pesto and Chicken
The perfect spaghetti with lime pesto and chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 75 gr Parmesan
- 75 gr Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Roasted and salted cashew nuts
- Juice of one lime, zest of 2 limes
- 1 bunch Mint
- 1 bunch Parsely
- 500 gr Chicken breast
- 500 gr Spaghetti
- For the pesto: finely grate the Parmesan, wash the herbs and pat dry. In a blender, grind the Parmesan, oil, cashew nuts, juice and peel of the lime, mint and parsley.
- Cook the chicken breast in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Serving and good hunger.
