Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 8 mushrooms
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- 150 ml water
- some vegetable broth, instant
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- curry powder
- some oil for frying

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Fry the sliced spring onions and finely diced garlic in oil. Add the sliced mushrooms and fry until they have shriveled. Add the spices and sauté briefly. Pour in the cream and let it reduce slightly. Mix the water, flour, and a little vegetable stock. Add the roux to the pan to thicken the sauce. Bring the sauce to a boil once until it thickens. Transfer the pasta to plates and serve with the sauce.
