Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 8 mushrooms
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 150 ml water
  • some vegetable broth, instant
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • curry powder
  • some oil for frying

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Fry the sliced ​​spring onions and finely diced garlic in oil. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms and fry until they have shriveled. Add the spices and sauté briefly. Pour in the cream and let it reduce slightly. Mix the water, flour, and a little vegetable stock. Add the roux to the pan to thicken the sauce. Bring the sauce to a boil once until it thickens. Transfer the pasta to plates and serve with the sauce.
