Spaghetti with prawns in brunch sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of cream cheese (Brunch Romeo Arrabiata)
  • 15 prawns (also frozen)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 15 cherry tomatoes or cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 shot of dry white wine, if needed
  • some water if needed
  • 200g spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the onion and chop into small pieces. Peel and press the garlic. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Fry the prawns in hot olive oil. After about 4 minutes, add the chopped onion and crushed garlic. After another 2-3 minutes, deglaze with a splash of white wine, if desired. Add the brunch cream cheese. If you like, you can add a little more water for more sauce. Let the whole thing simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Add the halved tomatoes and parsley just before the end of the cooking time. Arrange everything in portions on plates and serve immediately.
