Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 bag almond(s), sliced
  • 1 bag of raisins
  • 1 egg(s), separated

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Yeast dough

Knead the flour with salt, honey, sugar, butter, yeast, and milk to form a yeast dough. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place (e.g., on the radiator). Then knead the dough again and form it into small balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with egg yolk. Dip the raisins and almonds in egg white and stick them on top for eyes, noses, ears, and spikes. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 15-20 minutes.
