Spaghetti with salt and oil

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 3 peppers, pickled
  • ½ jar olives, black
  • ½ jar olives, green
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat
  • 80 ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

vegetarian

Finely chop the garlic. Deseed and chop the chili peppers. Chop the olives and finely chop the parsley. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. While the spaghetti is cooking, heat the olive oil in a pan. Gently heat the garlic, olives, and parsley over low heat for about 5 minutes. Do not let the garlic brown, or it will become bitter. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
