Spaghetti with seafood

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • olive oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bag of seafood (frozen), mixed
  • ⅛ liter red wine (more if needed)
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • oregano
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, put a pot of water on the boil, add salt, and bring to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add the spaghetti. Peel and finely chop the onion. Fry it in another pot with the olive oil. Then add the slightly thawed seafood and fry it too. Deglaze with red wine. Wait until the sauce is boiling. Now stir in the crème fraîche with a whisk, thickening it with a little flour if desired. Now just season with a little oregano or basil (as desired) and salt. Drain the pasta and drizzle with olive oil to prevent it from sticking. Serve with the sauce. Note: I ate this dish in Croatia and immediately asked for the recipe, so you can also say: Dobar tek!
