Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 piece(s) papaya (alternatively 1/2 honeydew melon)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 100 g low-fat yogurt
- 2 tbsp orange juice (without sugar)
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 pinch(s) ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of cardamom
- some sweetener, liquid
- 2 tsp desiccated coconut
- 3 tbsp muesli (without sugar)
Instructions

Cut the papaya into small pieces and drizzle with lemon juice. Mix the yogurt with the orange juice and honey. Season with cinnamon, cardamom, and sweetener. Mix the yogurt with the papaya cubes, coconut, and granola. Transfer to a sealable container and refrigerate. Or consume immediately.
