Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Seafood if goes fresh
  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • Garlic
  • 2 small Quartered tomato
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 500 g Calamaritube
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Fry the garlic in the olive oil, add the seafood and leave to cook for 4 minutes without adding the liquid. tomatoes a little salt because the seafood already has its own salt add cover and let cook last pepper. Cook the pasta in salted water for 2 minutes and then add water from the pasta to the seafood and while stirring, cook the pasta until al dente, sprinkle the parsley over it a few minutes beforehand. There must not be too much liquid left. Serve immediately. then turn the calamari pieces in flour and fry them brown on all sides in hot oil
