Fried Spaghetti – Sweet and Hot
The perfect fried spaghetti – sweet and hot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 80 g Spaghetti
- 1 Pc. Red pepper
- 1 Pc. Yellow pepper
- 2 Pc. Tomatoes
- 2 Pc. Chopped onion
- 1 Pc. Garlic cloves chopped
- 0,33 Pc. Zucchini
- 1 tsp Finely chopped parsley
- 1 Pc. Dried chilli
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Curry hot
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Strawberry Jam
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 40 g Frozen spinach leaves
- Cook the spaghetti in salted water for about 8 minutes. Meanwhile, chop up the remaining ingredients. Remove the spaghetti from the heat, rinse with cold water and set aside. Add the sesame oil to the pan and heat it up. Now add the garlic and onions and sauté briefly. Shortly afterwards add the zucchini. Let sizzle for about a minute – go through again and again with the spatula. Now add the spaghetti, tomatoes, bell pepper and parsley. Stir a few times and deglaze with vegetable stock, then add the spinach leaves straight away! Add the curry, chili powder and the chopped pod. Stir in the strawberry jam. Now fry until the liquid has evaporated! I hope you like it as much as I do – otherwise I just forgot something here;)
