Spaghetti with spicy shrimp and tomato sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 170 g spaghetti
  • ½ bell pepper(s), red
  • 150 g shrimp(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 chili pepper(s), dried
  • Salt
  • 1 small bunch of basil
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Dice the bell peppers and fry them in a pan with olive oil. Finely chop the garlic with a little salt and add it. Then add the shrimp and lemon juice. Slice the tomatoes and add them. Grate the chili pepper and add it to the sauce. Add the cream cheese to the sauce and let it reduce. Finely chop the basil and add it.
