Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g ladyfingers
  • 150 g butter
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 pack of jelly (lemon flavor)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • ½ liter cream
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 2 ladyfingers for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes

For the base, heat the butter, break the ladyfingers in a plastic bag and mix with the butter. Press the mixture into the springform pan to form the base. For the cream, mix the cream cheese with the sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Place the jelly in a small bowl with a cup of water and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Then heat according to the package instructions and let it cool. Then stir into the cheese mixture. Whip the cream until stiff, mix in well and pour onto the cake base. Refrigerate the cake overnight. The next day, peel and slice the kiwi. Crumble 2 ladyfingers, place in the center and decorate with the kiwi slices.
