Spaghetti with spinach, tomato and feta sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 300 g spinach
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water as usual. Trim and tear the spinach into pieces. Peel and slice the tomatoes. Trim and slice the garlic into small pieces or press it through a press. Heat olive oil in a pan, add the garlic, and fry briefly. Then add the spinach and sauté. Once the spinach has wilted, add the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and a little balsamic vinegar. Cut the feta into pieces. Briefly drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the feta. Season again if desired and serve on plates.
