Ingredients
- 1 small Onion
- 1 toe Garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Can Skinned tomatoes
- 1 bullet Mozzarella
- 150 ml Creme fine or cream
- 150 ml Garlic pepper, salt and pepper and nutmeg from the mill
- 150 ml Vegetable broth, herb salt
- 1 Shot Balsamic cream
- 1 Shot Basil, thyme, sage and rosemary
- 400 g Spaghetti
Instructions
- Peel and dice the onion, peel and press the garlic. Roast the oil in a saucepan and roast the onion and garlic in it. Deglaze with vegetable stock! Briefly continue to stew!
- Cook spaghetti in between as instructed!
- Add coarse pieces of mozzarrella to the hot tomato pieces and melt slowly. Add the creme fine and puree everything! The tomatoes and cheese combine so super well!
- Then season with garip pepper, salt, pepper, nutmeg, vegetable stock, herb salt and balsamic vinegar.
- Wash and finely chop the herbs. Finally add to the sauce!
- Serve with the finished spahetti!
