Spaghetti with Tomato and Mozzarella Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Can Skinned tomatoes
  • 1 bullet Mozzarella
  • 150 ml Creme fine or cream
  • 150 ml Garlic pepper, salt and pepper and nutmeg from the mill
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth, herb salt
  • 1 Shot Balsamic cream
  • 1 Shot Basil, thyme, sage and rosemary
  • 400 g Spaghetti

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice the onion, peel and press the garlic. Roast the oil in a saucepan and roast the onion and garlic in it. Deglaze with vegetable stock! Briefly continue to stew!
  • Cook spaghetti in between as instructed!
  • Add coarse pieces of mozzarrella to the hot tomato pieces and melt slowly. Add the creme fine and puree everything! The tomatoes and cheese combine so super well!
  • Then season with garip pepper, salt, pepper, nutmeg, vegetable stock, herb salt and balsamic vinegar.
  • Wash and finely chop the herbs. Finally add to the sauce!
  • Serve with the finished spahetti!
