Spaghetti with Tomato and Mozzarella Sauce

The perfect spaghetti with tomato and mozzarella sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Can Skinned tomatoes
  • 1 bullet Mozzarella
  • 150 ml Creme fine or cream
  • 150 ml Garlic pepper, salt and pepper and nutmeg from the mill
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth, herb salt
  • 1 Shot Balsamic cream
  • 1 Shot Basil, thyme, sage and rosemary
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  1. Peel and dice the onion, peel and press the garlic. Roast the oil in a saucepan and roast the onion and garlic in it. Deglaze with vegetable stock! Briefly continue to stew!
  2. Cook spaghetti in between as instructed!
  3. Add coarse pieces of mozzarrella to the hot tomato pieces and melt slowly. Add the creme fine and puree everything! The tomatoes and cheese combine so super well!
  4. Then season with garip pepper, salt, pepper, nutmeg, vegetable stock, herb salt and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Wash and finely chop the herbs. Finally add to the sauce!
  6. Serve with the finished spahetti!
