Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- salt water
- 500 g natural yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 3 tsp paprika powder, sweet
- 4 tbsp butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Summer dish
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water. Meanwhile, squeeze the garlic cloves and mix them with the parsley and yogurt. Season the garlic yogurt with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a pan. Remove from the heat and stir in the paprika. Mix the drained pasta with the garlic yogurt, divide among three plates, and drizzle with the paprika butter.
