Spaghetti with zucchini

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 zucchini
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 150 g ham (bacon), raw
  • 250 g pasta
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley, freshly chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, wash the zucchini and prepare it for grating. Then cook the pasta in boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente. Now coarsely grate the zucchini and fry it in a heated pan until golden brown. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley. Chop the ham into small pieces and fry it in a second pan. Then add it to the grated zucchini and mix everything together. Add the heavy cream and season again to taste. Drain the pasta and serve it on plates with the sauce. Serve hot. Tip: If you are frying the zucchini in a large pan, you can push it to the side and fry the chopped ham in the space created before mixing everything together.
