Tuna baguette

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s) , long
  • 4 cans of tuna, natural
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 pack of cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut a thin slice lengthwise from the top of the baguette and carefully hollow it out. Finely dice the tomatoes and onion, and drain the water from the tuna. Then place all ingredients in a blender and season. Blend briefly (!) and fill the hollowed-out baguette. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes on the middle rack. Once the cheese has melted and is lightly golden brown, remove the baguette and serve hot.
