Spaghetti with zucchini and ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 package of spaghetti or other pasta
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 zucchini (optionally add other vegetables of your choice)
  • 1 package of cooked ham
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • n. B. Herbs of your choice and season
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Simple, cheap, fast and delicious

Dice the onion, ham, and zucchini. Dice any remaining vegetables. Finely chop the garlic. Cook the spaghetti al dente. Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, and zucchini. Add the ham and fry. Add the tomato paste, sauté briefly, then stir everything well. Cook on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add the herbs and cook briefly again. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. DO NOT rinse the pasta; return it to the pot immediately after draining. Then add the zucchini mixture from the pan to the pasta and stir in. Serve immediately!
