Spaghetti with zucchini

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g zucchini
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 50 g smoked bacon
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • Parmesan
  • 250g spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

It’s super quick, also suitable for camping and the kids love it!

Cook the spaghetti. Grate the zucchini and finely dice the onion and garlic. Dice the smoked bacon. Fry the bacon in a little olive oil. Add the onions and sauté. Then add the zucchini and garlic to the pan and stir-fry. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the spaghetti and toss with the zucchini. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese – done! The zucchini won’t become a proper sauce, but rather a pesto-like consistency.
