Ingredients
 

to soak

  • 200 ml Strong espresso cold
  • 4 tbsp Xuxu

for the cream

  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 300 ml Cream
  • 1 packet Paradise cream vanilla flavor
  • 1 tsp Lemon, grated zest
  • 3 tbsp Extra fine sugar
  • 4 tbsp Xuxu

also

  • 200 g Ladyfingers
  • 500 g Fresh strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Line the bottom of a baking dish with ladyfingers

to soak

  • Mix the espresso and xuxu and drizzle the ladyfingers with half of the liquid.

for the cream

  • In a bowl, stir the mascarpone, lemon zest, xuxu and sugar with a hand mixer until smooth. Whip the cream with the Paradiscreme powder until stiff and fold into the mascarpone masses.
  • Cut the strawberries into slices, leave some whole ... for decoration
  • Spread 1 / 4 of the mascarpone cream on the drizzled ladyfingers, cover with strawberry slices, smooth 1/4 more cream on top, place the remaining ladyfingers on top, drizzle and repeat the process with cream and strawberries. Finish with a layer of cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder . Decorate with strawberries. Chill for at least 90 minutes
  • Either put the form with the tiramisu on the table or arrange it on plates and decorate with the leftover strawberry slices ...

Addendum on May 15, 2015

  • Since we didn't manage the whole tiramisu with 3 people yesterday, we drank coffee with it today. Tastes even better today than yesterday. Hence my tip: it is best to prepare the stuff the day before 😀
