Zucchini – Spaghetti with Cream Cheese and Tomatoes

The perfect zucchini – spaghetti with cream cheese and tomatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 medium sized Zucchini
  • 8 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Ajvar
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tbsp Go basil frozen
  • 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Use a spiral cutter to make the zucchini into a spaghetti shape.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  3. Cut the onions into thin slices.
  4. Chop the garlic.
  5. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and garlic for 2 minutes.
  6. Now stir in the cream cheese and ajvar.
  7. Zucchini – Fold the spaghetti into the sauce.
  8. Approx. Sauté for 3 – 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
  9. Now fold in the tomato cubes and serve the zucchini – spaghetti with basil and Parmesan.
  10. We had salmon on the side.
