Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (spaghettini), cooked al dente, drained
- 300 g shrimp(s)
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 red chili pepper(s), cleaned, cut into fine strips
- 60 g ginger, peeled, finely diced
- ¼ bunch coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds, dry roasted
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with shrimp, sesame + ginger
Heat sesame oil and toss the shrimp, garlic, and ginger in it for 1-2 minutes. Add chili, noodles, and sesame seeds, season with salt, pepper, sugar, and lime juice; stir in the coriander.
