Spaghettini with an Asian touch

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghettini), cooked al dente, drained
  • 300 g shrimp(s)
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 red chili pepper(s), cleaned, cut into fine strips
  • 60 g ginger, peeled, finely diced
  • ¼ bunch coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds, dry roasted
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with shrimp, sesame + ginger

Heat sesame oil and toss the shrimp, garlic, and ginger in it for 1-2 minutes. Add chili, noodles, and sesame seeds, season with salt, pepper, sugar, and lime juice; stir in the coriander.
