Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 150 g rice
- 2 green bell peppers
- 3 m.-sized apples
- 200 g cheese (Gouda)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 2 tsp mustard
- 4 tbsp vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
- 8 tbsp oil, neutral
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the rice. Finely dice the onion. Dice the bell peppers and apples. Cut the Gouda and cooked ham into small pieces, and chop the parsley. Make the salad dressing from mustard, vinegar, oil, pepper, and salt and mix everything together. We had this rice salad at every party in the ’70s.
