Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g ham, smoked, alternatively dried meat
- 200 g cheese (Machego, Spanish hard cheese)
- 550 g flour
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
- 4 eggs
- 100 ml white wine
- 100 ml red wine, Spanish
- 80 g olives, green
- 80 g olives, black
- salt and pepper
- 100 ml olive oil
- some fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Dice the ham or dried meat into small cubes. Grate the cheese using a coarse grater. Drain the olives and halve them. Mix the flour with the dried yeast. Stir in the eggs, salt, and pepper. Slowly add the olive oil and wine. Add the olives. Mix in the ham and cheese. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) (gas mark 3). Knead the dough again and pour it into a greased loaf pan. Place in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes. Let cool. Makes about 20 slices. Also delicious with a little herb butter on top and a glass of wine.
