Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 6 tsp cocoa powder
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • some powdered sugar for dusting
  • Fat for the mold
  • Breadcrumbs or semolina for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quickly prepared

Combine all ingredients except the last three listed ingredients in a bowl and mix to form a dough. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan dusted with breadcrumbs or semolina. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 30 minutes, or longer (test with a skewer). Dust with powdered sugar while still warm. Note: “Cup” refers to a regular coffee cup.
