Spanish potato stew

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pork fillet(s) in cubes
  • 400 g potato(s), floury, diced
  • 2 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 3 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 200 ml wine, red, Spanish
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the oil and fry the potatoes, then remove and brown the meat on all sides. Mince the garlic and add it to the meat. Add the paprika, stir in the tomato paste, and add the potatoes. Season everything with salt and pepper, then pour in the wine. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the paprika after 10 minutes. Season the finished dish with salt and cayenne pepper.
