Sparkling wine cake with tangerines

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base, thin, homemade or bought
  • 3 can/n tangerines
  • 400 ml sparkling wine
  • 2 packs of no-cook cream powder (mandarin flavor)
  • 600 ml cream
  • 3 packs of cream stiffener

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Drain the mandarins, reserving 12-24 for garnishing. Whip the sparkling wine and cream mixture together until frothy. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener. Set aside a little cream for garnishing. Fold the cream into the sparkling wine cream. Place a cake ring around the cake base. Spread 1/4 of the cream on the base, place the mandarins on top, and spread the remaining cream on top. Garnish with the remaining cream and the remaining mandarins. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
