- 200 ml sparkling wine, brut
- 45 g powdered sugar
- 100 ml egg liqueur
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 5 minutes
Mix everything together carefully, ensuring the carbonation remains intact. Pour into a suitable container and freeze overnight. You can easily scoop out the sorbet with an ice cream scoop.
