Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pork, shredded
- some fat for frying
- 300 g spaetzle
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup of cream or Cremefine
- 1 shot of balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- marjoram
- Paprika powder, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Prepare the spaetzle according to the package instructions and set aside. Fry the strips in a pan with a little fat until browned. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and add them to the meat, frying for about 2-3 minutes. Add the balsamic vinegar, if desired, and let it reduce slightly. Then add the cream and bring everything to a boil briefly. Add the spaetzle to the sauce and season with paprika, marjoram, pepper, and salt.
