Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g spaetzle (refrigerated section)
- 140 g sauerkraut
- 1 ½ onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 salt and pepper
- Parsley
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Finely dice the onions and garlic, heat them in 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan, and fry until golden brown. Dice the tomato and add it to the pan. Add the spaetzle from the refrigerator along with the sauerkraut to the pan and fry for 6 minutes. Finally, season to taste.
