Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 50 g ham
- 1 cup of cream
- 3 handfuls of peas
- 3 tbsp basil
- 3 tbsp oregano
- 3 tomatoes
- e.g. chili
- some olive oil
- 250 ml milk
- some cornstarch
- 200 g pasta
- salt water
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Finely chop the onion, garlic, and ham and sauté in olive oil. Pour in the cream, add the peas, and dried herbs. Let it cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic, then reduce the mixture with milk and a little cornstarch. Finely dice the tomatoes and add them, stir everything together, and serve with the pasta, which has been cooked in salted water in the meantime.
