Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g white chocolate coating
  • 400 ml condensed milk, sweetened
  • 150 g speculatius biscuits

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Crumble or grind the speculatius biscuits into small pieces. Melt the chocolate coating in a double boiler. Quickly fold in the condensed milk and speculatius biscuits and mix well. Pour the mixture into a square or rectangular baking dish and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Remove the fudge from the dish and cut into 1 x 1 cm cubes.
