Spelled Flax Wrap

The perfect spelled flax wrap recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Spelled flour type 630
  • 200 g Cold butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 cube Fresh yeast
  • 200 ml Milk cold
  • Granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Put the spelled flour in a bowl, add the butter in cubes with the eggs, salt and vanilla sugar. Dissolve the yeast in the milk and add it, knead everything well! Possibly put again in the refrigerator! It is best to process the dough right away!

Oven 180 degrees, top / bottom heat

  1. Flour the work surface and place the dough on top. Divide the dough into small portions and roll out strands of dough. Pencil size! Roll in the granulated sugar, pick up the rolling pin in the middle and twist it in! Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper!
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes! Depending on the desired tan! Let cool down and enjoy! 🙂
