to bake:

  • 1 Pc. Grated carrot
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 shot Rapeseed oil

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
  • Heat a pan, pour in the oil, then take small amounts of dough with a spoon, shape into buffers + bake.
