Ingredients
to bake:
- 1 Pc. Grated carrot
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 shot Rapeseed oil
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
- Heat a pan, pour in the oil, then take small amounts of dough with a spoon, shape into buffers + bake.
