Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 550 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 500 g quark
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 packets of baking powder
- 3 tsp flaxseed
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 apple, grated
- 1 root(s), grated
- 1 handful of nuts, slightly chopped
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
for a bread baking pan
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a bread pan. The dough should still be slightly sticky. Then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 40 minutes. Let it rest in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Your imagination is the limit when it comes to ingredients. I use the ingredients listed under “Also” in my bread.
