Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 200 g low-fat curd cheese
- 120 g spelt flour, more if needed
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 60 g erythritol (sugar substitute)
- Coconut oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 6 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 26 minutes
Beat eggs with low-fat quark until creamy. Add spelt flour, baking powder, and erythritol and mix. The batter should be slightly thicker. Add a little more flour if necessary. Heat the pan with coconut oil. Fry the batter in batches. Can be served with fruit, Nutella, jam, maple syrup, etc. 361 kcal per serving.
