wonderfully light bread, not just for the BBA
Pour the lukewarm water and olive oil into the baking container. Add the flour and dried yeast, and finally put the salt in a corner of the container. Place the container in the BBA. Setting: Normal Size: 750 g Browning: Normal When the signal tones sound, add the chopped walnuts. On my BBA (Silvercrest) I can select the Normal / Quick function, and the bread is ready after 2 hours 14 minutes. If you don’t want to bake the bread in the BBA but in the oven, take the dough out of the BBA after the first rising phase and bake the bread in a loaf tin or form two small ciabatta loaves from it. Cover and let it rise again for approx. 20 minutes before baking. Bake as a ciabatta at 200° C fan oven for approx. 25 minutes. Spray with water several times during baking.
