Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml spelt drink, warm
- ½ cube of yeast
- 375 g spelt flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Mix the dry ingredients. Dissolve the yeast in the warm spelt drink. Then knead everything together well. Pour the dough into a greased 20 cm loaf pan and let it rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) and bake the bread for 25 minutes. Let the bread cool in the pan for another 5 minutes, then remove it from the pan.
