Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g spelt flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ cube of yeast
  • 350 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Simple, easy, delicious

Combine flour and salt. Take a little lukewarm water from the 300 ml and crumble the yeast into it, dissolving it. Then add the oil, the remaining water, and the yeast mixture to the flour and knead everything together. Then let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 30-45 minutes, depending on the oven type.
