Paprika and chive dip

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark, fat content 10% or 20%
  • 2 cups of sour cream, approx. 150 g each
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • lots of chives, fresh
  • 2 bell peppers, red, yellow or green
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. garlic clove(s)
  • some cherry tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the quark, natural yogurt, and sour cream in a bowl and mix well. Finely chop the chives, add them to the bowl, and mix well again. Wash the bell peppers under cold water, trim them, and dice them. Add the diced peppers to the bowl and mix well. Add a little salt and pepper to the bowl, mix well again, and season to taste. If desired, you can also add a little garlic. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the dip for a garnish.
