Spelt bread with seeds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g spelt flour, preferably wholemeal
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ liter of warm water
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • n. B. Seeds of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients and then pour into a prepared bread pan (there’s no need to let the dough rise in a warm place—it can be used immediately). Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 60-70 minutes.
