Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 250 ml milk, well chilled
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of turmeric

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Whisk briefly with a hand blender.
