Simple and quick rolls for a snack

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and form small rolls, sticks, or loaves. Place the formed rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper—do not place them too close together, as the dough will rise considerably. Finally, sprinkle the rolls with oat flakes, cheese, or seeds, brush lightly with water, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Since the dough doesn’t need to rest, the rolls are ready in no time, making them a great alternative to bread.
